Mercedes-Benz of Pembroke Pines - Service Center

I have owned BMW ,AUDI earlier and always had a great customer experience during the sales and service appointments. I was hoping it would be the same or better with Mercedes but that's not the case. The car was called in for safety recall and it took over a week to complete it which is fine but the advisor did not communicate or when called always seems rushed answering my questions. Finally my advisor called me and said the car was ready, sent to car wash and can be picked up any time. When I went to pick up the car, to my surprise it was not car washed and the valet guy tried to convivence me that it was washed and got dirty because of the rain, clearly it was not washed. I have to wait another 30 min to get it done. The loaner car was given half tank and I returned the vehicle at the same gas level, but I was charged for the fuel. I have to call them back to reverse the charge. Overall the experience is not what I would expect from a Mercedes service center. More
