I’ve given them multiple chances over the years, but my most recent experience has gone from disappointing to deeply uncomfortable. Their service advisors may give you verbal assurances about pricing, service, or timing—but do not trust them. These promises are not honored, and when questioned, you’re met with smug dismissals or deflection. I was explicitly told by their service manager, Matthew Pickton, that unless I had everything in writing, it wouldn’t “hold up in court.” He even went so far as to laugh at the idea of honoring verbal agreements, adding insult to injury. Even more disturbing: when I gave them a heads-up that I intended to leave a poor review based on my experience, I was threatened with a $500 increase to my service bill. This is not just bad service—it’s intimidation, plain and simple. To make matters worse, even written agreements aren’t safe. In my case, the manager simply said he would “revert” the arrangement, claiming the service advisor who made the promise “had no authority.” So the customer is left powerless, while the dealership hides behind shifting policies and shady internal politics. Buyer beware: Do not do business with this dealership. And if you absolutely must, get everything documented in writing—though even that may not protect you. This is a dealership that weaponizes its size and power, and treats its customers with indifference at best, and hostility at worst. More
Took my car in for service. Had a complicated sunroof issue. Service advisor was very helpful dealing with the extended warranty company. They were not able to finish the repair due to unavailability of parts. This is the second issue with the sunroof system. First one was a delamination of the front cover panel which was fixed at no charge. Second one was a failure of the sunroof panel, did not close due to broken components. Both issues appear to be related to poor material choices and assembly techniques. Not happy with the car quality, dealership staff is very good. More

Why schedule an appointment just for a car to be sitting there doing nothing? This is an inconvenience for the customers. Very poor communication. If you are short staffed, simply reschedule the appointment. More

I have owned Mercedes Vehicles for over 30 years and have used Mercedes Service departments in Michigan and Florida; Fort Lauderdale and Coral Gables. This was the worst experience with Advisor Koby. Cold, callous, and defensive and allowed me to walk out without trying to fix the broken relationship by at least answering my concerns or involving a manger! I’m sitting waiting while they are calling a completely different name associated with my vehicle. Then he tells me I had no appointment, I did. Instead of allowing me to ask questions and vent - he gets defensive and angry at me because I’m obviously frustrated at this point. That’s it for me. I left!! Rule number 1 for a service recovery is fix the relationship and then proceed to the transaction. He kept trying to move forward without addressing my questions or concerns! More
Wow, super impressed! I am staying in FL for a few months over the winter and received a recall notice on my car. I called Mercedes-Benz of Pompano and was warmly greeted I am staying in FL for a few months over the winter and received a recall notice on my car. I called Mercedes-Benz of Pompano and was warmly greeted by Ben who quickly fielded my request, set me up for a loaner and I was good to go! I was thinking to myself, what a friendly family-owned business. It's not often that people take the time to listen and help you, Ben was in no rush and also gave me information for the damage I had done to my car while I was here. Great 1st impression! Well, I pull up to the dealership and much to my surprise it was a multi-luxury dealer complex. My expectations lowered as I had some not so good experiences where I am from with larger dealerships, and why I have purchased 3 Mercedes from an out of state, family owned dealership. I drive into the service bay, was promptly and warmly greeted by Fabian who got me settled into the waiting room. Within minutes, my service representative Koby appeared and introduced himself. I was even more impressed as he already checked out my car, mentioned a couple of things that were under warranty and asked if there was anything else he could help me with...including the body repair I needed. Koby was a professional, super knowledgable and thorough. He went out of his way to ensure I got my car back within a certain timeframe as it was being shipped home and he delivered on everything he said he would including identifying parts needed to repair my back windows when I got home. This was music to my ears as I had already had my car at the dealership once and although they said they fixed it, it was a problem again within 2 hours of driving. As mentioned, they are out of state so I didn't bring it back or asked for it to be picked up. Glad I will not need to live with this and thank you Koby and the service team for taking the time to test, re-test and identifying the solution. On Saturday morning, I returned my loaner to the dealership and picked up my car. Another positive experience of driving in, paying my bill for tire alignment and was on my way in less than 10 minutes! As I was driving away, I noticed my low tire signal came on and thinking how is this possible, I just got 2 new tires! I drove back, drove into the bay, immediately greeted, shared what was happening and within 90 seconds the attendant did a reset and apologized that they didn't catch it before they returned the car. So glad I went back instead of driving into a gas station and possibly risk over-inflating my tires! In closing, I want to thank the Team here at Mercedes-Benz of Pompano, Auto Nation. From Ben to Fabian to Koby to the Saturday team, greeting me and taking my payment - everyone was fantastic and my experience here could not have been better!
