Picked up car following service. Oil level just above minimum. Should be filled to maximum level. Told to drive back to dealer total about 30 miles. They didn’t understand issue unti Oil level just above minimum. Should be filled to maximum level. Told to drive back to dealer total about 30 miles. They didn’t understand issue until re-explained. They added 1 quart oil to fix issue. Service Dept should always check oil level after oil change. Very disappointing. More

I had an extremely positive experience with Mercedes of Pompano's service Dept. My advisor was helpful, knowledgeable and nice to work with. The loaner car I was promised was available at arrival.
