Had my car in couldn't find problem. Picked up car Andy felt problem. Talked to tech. He came back with quote and texted him to much money but said ok I have to have it done not one text Picked up car Andy felt problem. Talked to tech. He came back with quote and texted him to much money but said ok I have to have it done not one text back. It was the clutch he said. It was going to be 2900 and needs to be ordered. Nice guy but my car isn't fixed. I will look around for a place. A another time I had a money situation but it turned ok. I love Mercedes but probably won't be back. Thank you More

The service department put the wrong sized tires on my vehicle, so I was driving with 2 different sized front tires for over a month. Then on another occasion, I brought my tire in when the psi sensor vehicle, so I was driving with 2 different sized front tires for over a month. Then on another occasion, I brought my tire in when the psi sensor dropped to 20. I was assured it was just a sensor issue, continued to drive on the tire, only to find out there was in fact a rip in the tire. So now that axle is damaged. I’ll be filing a formal complaint. More
