From the initial phone call with Rosalyn (?), to my in person communication with Andrew, the customer service was fantastic! My only recommendation is to warn customers that the street in front of the en person communication with Andrew, the customer service was fantastic! My only recommendation is to warn customers that the street in front of the entrance is undergoing maintenance. Please give specific instructions how to navigate to the dealership. Thanks! More

Like many businesses at this time this dealership has not escaped short staff. In spite of this was a leader ship of Brandon Godby the service manager they’ve been able to pull it off. He is extraordinarily patient responsive individual I know they’ve lost senior advisers including my own who have moved out of the area. Brandon has done a good job of trying to assemble a new team. Service was not completed in full per the scope of service. Documentation noted services that were performed when they had not been executed and when I reached out to the service representative to service. Documentation noted services that were performed when they had not been executed and when I reached out to the service representative to ask why the services were listed but not performed he was dismissive. This should have been addressed when I picked up the car. I have found that this service center has consistently been misogynistic. The way they speak to my husband is always respectful and direct however they are dismissive and condescending when speaking to me. In my last service I pulled into the service area before a man but he was greeted and helped before me. I would not recommend this center or dealership. More
