My car only took a couple of days to fix, and that was a little issue because I was without a car for those days. They need loaner cars for customers who bring their cars to them for service even if the car was not purchased through the dealership. Other than that, a great experience. More

Great follow-up. We had multiple issues that needed to be resolved but two issues had us in dropping off our car twice, both for over a week. The one issue was not able to be resolved and our account handler made two follow-up calls to us. This had never happened over the ten plus years of taking our car to the dealership service center near us on the west side of the city. Not only did our service account person do a follow-up call, he also did research on his own to help us resolve the problem. It was very much appreciated. More
