The one issue was not able to be resolved and our account handler made two follow-up calls to us. This had never happened over the ten plus years of taking our car to the dealership service center near us on the west side of the city. Not only did our service account person do a follow-up call, he also did research on his own to help us resolve the problem. It was very much appreciated. More
