In particular Chuck Haga was fantastic in explaining what they would be doing and also suggesting ideas for long term care. This is my 4th Mercedes-Benz. After experiencing another luxury brand for several years, I decided to go back to Mercedes-Benz. The service at MB Portland was reminiscent of the "old days" when it was Rasmussen owned. I did not have a good experience at Mercedes-Benz Beaverton and decided to try Mercedes-Benz Portland....and sure was glad that I did. Thank you. More

I’ve been treated so poorly, lied to about my tire replacement, forgotten to be picked up by shuttle which in that case I informed the guy helping that I need to be on the road by 5 to pick my daughter in daycare before 6 , (was late by 20 minutes ). I don’t believe that i’ll Be getting another Mercedes , i’ll Stick with BMW . More
