Excellent in every way Since I grew up in the car business, I may be a little more critical of the workings of the business than some. The service department is difficult t Since I grew up in the car business, I may be a little more critical of the workings of the business than some. The service department is difficult to manage, requiring a lot of training, expertise, and consistent, reliable execution from diagnosis through the repair or replacement All of that process is not seen by the client, and, as in many procedures, the better it is done the easier and simpler it looks to the outsider. The service we received could not have been better. It was the best I have ever experienced, even compared to some excellent ones in Seattle, where we lived previously. I was somewhat concerned about driving into downtown Portland, but was surprised at how easy it was to navigate from I-5. There was no pressure to do more work than necessary, and the free loaner car alleviated the inconvenience of being without the car for a couple of days. We are actually looking forward to our next routine appointment. More

Always do the right thing. About a month after buying a full set of new tires, I got a nail in one of them. The MB of PDX guys replaced the tire at no cost. Quick turnaround Great as usual. It would have been better if there were more flexibility with when I had to come back in to pickup/return the loaner car. In the past Great as usual. In the past this was possible but it seems there was a shortage of loaner cars which made things feel a little more rushed and inconvenient.
