Service is efficient, detailed explanations are provided and the car is always returned clean. Mercedes Benz of Portland has a very nice waiting area with numerous amenities and the staff is always attentive to your needs. MB of Portland also provides a great shuttle service. Vehicle maintenance and repair is expensive but it is nice to know with Chuck Haga and MB of Portland you are getting fair value. More

When I requested an additional "test drive" to check on the steering column, they called me ba First: the online appointment app is intuitive & easy. When I requested an additional "test drive" to check on the steering column, they called me back almost immediately to point out that the extra appointment time means I should schedule earlier in the day. Because they were so quick to get back to me, I could find another suitable time with ease. Second: The service, paperwork, and payment was friendly & quick. Finally: The shop manager himself took the test drive to determine if the feedback from the steering column was normal. He went over-and-above by simultaneously checking on a number of other things as well. (On a previous occasion, they fixed a screw that lodged in my tire for free). I also got a free tutorial on a number of features that weren't known to me. At least two of those features are going to be extremely helpful to me. More
Botched Software Recall My 2015 C300 was recalled due to a software glitch that disabled most functions of the media screen. No music, phone, or anything else, except for the back up camera. I had to drive two hours to get to the dealership. Upon arriving home I realized that the download of the new software was flawed, with most functions STILL inactive, and no back up camera. The tech apparently never checked to ensure that the operation was successful. Although I purchased my vehicle in a different city, and this dealership is not my usual resource, I expected professional work. Staff were courteous and professional overall, but someone dropped the ball. More

I brought my car in for a B check and planned on picking up my car at the end of the day Noel Preston took care of everything beyond what I expected. I brought my car in for a B check and planned on picking up my car at the end of the day. Noel suggested I take a loaner car and arranged for a exchange of cars the next day which worked out perfectly for me. All the costs were as expected, paying was a breeze on my phone. What a nice experience! Every employee I had contact with were all pleasant and friendly. More
