The number you provided is an automated answering machine. I was not able to reach out to you over the phone. I made an effort to speak to you today in person at the dealership about the issues I've had with your service department over the past 2 encounters. I waited over an hour to speak to you and the foreman even when I told my service rep when I'll be there. I saw you walking around after your meeting and looked at me in the eye and turned your back on me without acknowledging my presence. I am terribly disappointed with the experience I've had as a customer of 8 years.
