Cecelia is excellent. She made a bad situation so much better. The challenge of getting my brand new vehicle in for service is not acceptable. The lack of availability of loaner cars is also unacceptable for a high end dealership like MB POrtland. There seems to be a mindset of saying “no” first instead of seeking a solution. My other vehicle is an Acura and I am treated much better at that dealership when I have a need for service. I would like to be contacted by a manager to discuss my experience. More
