He listened to my needs and was honest and up front about everything… inventory, pricing expectations, interest rate variables, financing vs leasing tips, and even warranty tips. I didn’t find what I wanted on the guest visit but he followed up with me… he wasn’t worrisome or aggressive. He even called and told me happy birthday lol. That’s won me over to come back to him when I was ready to buy. His attention to detail is on point. He’s responsive, even if text him after hours lol. As soon as my dream ride was loaded to inventory, he let me know and set up a meeting. The vehicle was purchased next day.
