This visit was a simple oil change, however our experience was marred from the beginning by the service coordinator, Marlin. When he informed us of price we told told him there was a special. He rather rudely told us there wasn't several times despite our insistence that we had been quoted one on the phone when booking the in for the service. Eventually his fellow coordinator, William overheard things and told Marlin there was a lower price. No apology, no I'm sorry, nothing. To this point I was yet to addressed by my name by Marlin. He then said thencar would be in most of the day, for an oil I!!! He said the were only the two of them, meaning the coordinators. What's that got to so with the oil change, they do paperwork. The screens in the lounge showed many cars being worked on in the workshop When we said we were waiting Marlin, again rudely, said he had no record of that, so we asked him to get us a shuttle since it would be all day. Two hours later we git a call to say the car was ready. The pick up was no less pleasant. Brandon, my usual coordinator was very professional and I will wait until he is available befire booking my car in again. If Marlin was my only choice, I WOULD NOT US THIS DEALERSHIP More
Awful communication after a two month wait for an appointment. Went in for emissions modification recall and they didn't have parts ordered and/or ready to install so I had to make another appointme appointment. Went in for emissions modification recall and they didn't have parts ordered and/or ready to install so I had to make another appointment which the service advisor did not put in the computer, delaying the recall even further. No one would take blame or get back to me about their appointment booking mistake. Finally got it corrected 3 weeks later. I did not feel taken care of as a customer who drove an hour from home, spending 2 full days to correct a mistake that Mercedes purposely made to cheat emissions! More
I bought my current Mercedes two years ago from Mercedes of Reno, and they’ve serviced the car since then. They have a very efficient and professional service operation; they’re the only ones I’d trust to l of Reno, and they’ve serviced the car since then. They always take my car in on a timely basis, provide a loaner for me while my car is being serviced, and keep me informed of progress during every service call. More
Copy Unfortunately, MBZ of Reno service department misplaced my snowtires. My service representative, Will Goodpasture, went "above and beyond" by providing me with new snowtires and arranging to have misplaced my snowtires.
