My appointment was at 740 for an oil change. They did seem to worry that I had been waiting in the waiting room for 2 hours before they CALLED me to inform me they were waiting on a oil filter before they start my job. Unbelievable More

I have had nothing but positive experiences except my last service visit. When I called to make the appointment I requested a loaner, I was told to ask the Service rep when I dropped off my car. I arri last service visit. When I called to make the appointment I requested a loaner, I was told to ask the Service rep when I dropped off my car. I arrived at 7:30am and asked about a loaner, I was told that he would check into it and get back to me, I was also told that the service would take about four hours, over six hours later I still was at the dealership, no one ever got back to me about a loaner. I was so disappointed because like I said earlier I've had nothing but positive interactions before. More
