I took my 2012 CLS550 for an annual service on 1/26/22, Danny Salinas, my advisor was promptly arranged for a 10-year service plan for the vehicle. I scheduled a service for a Friday which is apparently their most busiest day. Regardless, when I showed up the service wasn't until the following Friday on their system. The service representative that attended me was professional and let me know he would do what he could. My vehicle had around 2k miles on it which was frustrating to see an engine light on. He was diligent and got my vehicles problem resolved much faster than anticipated. I will make this dealer my go-to dealer from now on. Kudos to them. More

I explained that I purchased my vehicle at the Mercedes Benz Stevens Creek site and had a very bad experience, they don’t talk or want to get to know the customer like they do here in San Jose. Steven Creek site only speaks or is interested when they see the money, I won’t be going there anymore. I will be recommending and sending family and friends to Mercedes Benz of San Jose. We need more employees like Jose Placencia-Arellano, keep up the great work and expect new customers!! Thank you. More
