My experience with Mercedes-Benz of South Austin was absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional. Earlier today, I finalized a deal on a 2017 Mercedes-Benz GLE 350 with the General Sales Manager, Mo S absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional. Earlier today, I finalized a deal on a 2017 Mercedes-Benz GLE 350 with the General Sales Manager, Mo Saleh, and confirmed everything with the salesperson, Brody Denton. The terms and price were agreed upon, I submitted a completed credit application along with all required documents, and made it very clear that I was fully committed to buying the car. I explicitly told Brody over the phone and via text that I would be coming in the same day after work. I even offered to pay for the car over the phone, place a deposit, and asked multiple times what was needed to secure the vehicle. He told me the car was being detailed and prepared for me to pick up, and confirmed that the dealership closes at 7 PM. Then, without any notice, I was told the car was sold to someone else after my credit had already been pulled. To make matters worse, Brody tried to insult my intelligence by claiming I wasn’t certain if I was coming in the same day. That’s absolutely false, and I have the screenshots to prove I confirmed it with him both in writing and over the phone. This kind of behavior is not just unprofessional it’s dishonest and unethical. Running someone’s credit, confirming a deal, and then selling the vehicle to someone else shows a complete lack of integrity. It’s a disgrace to the Mercedes-Benz brand. If you care about being treated with respect and transparency, avoid Mercedes-Benz of South Austin. I’ll be reporting this incident to Mercedes-Benz corporate and sharing my experience on every platform I can so others don’t fall into the same trap. More
