Frank took the time to explain the tasks included in the scheduled maintenance, and to explain other things about the condition of the car to help me make decisions regarding the proposed scope of work. Mercedes-Benz of South Bay had a loaner vehicle available for me while my car was serviced. Frank kept me posted with the status of the work being done, and was there when I picked up the car to provide an update about the service and to answer any questions. Frank even scheduled the next service appointment for me. More
