I scheduled a regular service appointment along with installation of new tires. When I got there the tires weren’t available until the next day even though I had scheduled this appointment for new tires installation of new tires. When I got there the tires weren’t available until the next day even though I had scheduled this appointment for new tires. I was told I’d have to leave the car overnight. I was not offered a loaner. I skipped two days of work because I had no transportation. The next day I had to call the service department multiple times to get an update on my car. My service advisor never returned any of my calls. I finally went back to the dealer at 4:00 pm to see what was going on. My advisor then told me the tires were still not available and I’d have to wait another day. But he couldn’t guarantee the tires would be here the next day either. In addition, the regular service was never performed while my car sat at the dealer for two days. This time he offered a loaner after I asked about it. I decided to take my car back with no work done. Most disappointing service appointment I’ve ever had at this dealer. More
I scheduled an appointment for a routine service and was told it will be a few hours. I didn't get the car back for 5 days! They only gave me a loaner after 3 days. There were no issues with the car but the told it will be a few hours. I didn't get the car back for 5 days! They only gave me a loaner after 3 days. There were no issues with the car but the mechanics / dealership didn't get to it as they were backed up. I had to reschedule my days and meetings to accommodate extra trip to pick up loaner. No good explanation was given. It already costs an arm and a leg to go to dealership for routine service and on top had to experience poor turnaround. More
