Southbay MB has been nothing but wonderful to me every time I visit for a service call and each time I bought vehicles from them. They are very personable, shows me respect and I know it’s a business and time I visit for a service call and each time I bought vehicles from them. The service just wasn't what I expected for Mercedes Benz. Disappointing from the start... The unpleasant person who beckoned me to hurry to move my GLC 350E forward without a greeting; 2 weeks of hold Benz. Disappointing from the start... The unpleasant person who beckoned me to hurry to move my GLC 350E forward without a greeting; 2 weeks of holding my vehicle before finally placed it on a diagnostic machine; sending me a 30sec video of a mechanic not discussing what was my car issue; my car having an odor and being dirty when I picked it up (though it had just been detailed when I dropped it off). Even the issue itself was frustrating for the vehicle to be 4 years old. I think we're going back to BMW. More
