I brought my 2021 Mercedes-Benz to Stevens Creek in April 2025 for persistent battery and electrical issues that had been ongoing since my first visit in August 2024. At that time, I was told everything was fine and that the issue was due to a door left open — no repairs were made. The problems continued, and when I returned in April, I was told the car was ready for pickup. However, when I arrived, the same battery errors were still active — visible right on the dealership lot. The service team acknowledged the issue and retained the car. Shortly after, I was informed that a critical control module had been removed and damaged during service, making the car undrivable until a replacement part arrives — with an ETA of July 31. That means my car will have been at the dealership for over four months. I was told diagnostics would continue while waiting for the part, but I recently received written confirmation that no further diagnostic work has been done at all since the part was removed. During this time, I’ve continued to pay insurance, registration, and upcoming scheduled maintenance costs, while driving a basic loaner vehicle that doesn’t match the experience I expected from a dealership representing this brand. The service advisor has communicated politely throughout, but the lack of active troubleshooting, transparency, and ownership over the issue has been frustrating. It would be disappointing for any car owner — not just those with high-performance models — to be without their vehicle for this long due to service delays and receive no goodwill consideration in return. If the dealership or MBUSA steps in to recognize the inconvenience and offer appropriate compensation, I’d be happy to revisit this review. Until then, I can’t recommend this service center based on my experience. More

I would give it a zero score if possible. I am very disappointed with this dealer and the service representative, Erica. I sent my car in for scheduled maintenance and to address an engine I am very disappointed with this dealer and the service representative, Erica. I sent my car in for scheduled maintenance and to address an engine light issue. After the service was completed and I got the car back, the service due note was still on, and the engine light was still on. It seems like nothing was fixed. Erica explained that the technician forgot to turn off the service note and they thought the engine light issue was resolved by replacing a cap. (They didn't even test drive the car to verify the fix?) The second time, they charged me another $868 to fix the engine light issue with a multi-point inspection included. However, it's clear they did NOT do the inspection because a low tire pressure warning was showing right after I got my car back. I complained about all of this before posting, but Erica has not responded for days. I completely do not trust their service and will never go there again. More
