I was inpressed this time on how my advisor responded to my service needs and how attentive was he when I brought my concerns from last year and how I was mistreated and harrased after the service appt. The my service needs and how attentive was he when I brought my concerns from last year and how I was mistreated and harrased after the service appt. The advisor quickly understood and offered me an appology and a full detail cleaning inside out and engine. It made me feel wanting to come back for future services needs. One thing I observed while waiting, was that everyone who passed by where I was sitting seemed to very unfreindly. The same white man and woman and a black employee passed several times and not a single one of them said good morning or gave any signs of acknowlegement. It felt like I was invisible to them. However, a mexican employee passed by and he acknowledged my presence and greeted me with "good morning, how are you" I made a point to him about the other empoyees and thanked him for acknowledged me. I also pointed out to my advisor and want for the coorporate managers to educate the employees about culture humility. Because of customer like me who buy mercedes they have a job. It doesn't take too much to acknowledge and greet some one to show respect and appreciation for doing business with Mercedes Benz. Respectfully, More
John Stansberry is excellent as always. . The wait times to reserve a loner were way too long. This delayed my service appointment . There were also very long lines to get the loner and als .
