The dealership is always suffering from staff shortages that lead to delays. Recently I had my car serviced. Surprisingly getting the car seen by my service rep and getting the service done was smooth an that lead to delays. Recently I had my car serviced. Surprisingly getting the car seen by my service rep and getting the service done was smooth and timely - they finished same day which is a first in several years now. However on pickup there was no one at the counter where pickup happens. What’s even more annoying is a couple guys were there moving something in from outside and they saw me waiting - at this ping is been waiting about 10 minutes. One of them said someone would be right there - but no one came - after about another 10 minutes I went and tracked down my service rep who apologized and went personally to get me my car . She did it right away - dropping whatever she was doing. I’ve said this before - the service rep I have is exceptional but Auto Nation needs a lot of improvement to support their people. More

Steve Kirsky is the best service provider anywhere-we use this dealer which is further away only because of him. The phones are terrible -often no one answers and when they do the person is unable to talk t this dealer which is further away only because of him. The phones are terrible -often no one answers and when they do the person is unable to talk to the provider and get a timely answer but rather sends a message as I have already done. This is Mercedes not Toyota-an operator should immediately answer with immediate access to the person who can answer to the question or resolve the issue-as happened at Park Ave Motors and every other Mercedes shop we have used, we have used several when traveling and our closer shop. We are busy and expect prompt service and answers. I have considered the closer dealership several times because of this and when Steve retires (hopefully never) I (and my husband who also has a Mercedes) will switch if this isn't changed. I will also consider a car other than Mercedes when I need a new car as part of what kept me coming back was the ease of and excellent service at Park Ave Motors In PA which sadly no longer exists.
