I have had more than one luxury vehicle serviced at a dealer over the last decade and just had my first experience bringing a car in for service at Mercedes Stevens Creek. I would never go back unless I dealer over the last decade and just had my first experience bringing a car in for service at Mercedes Stevens Creek. I would never go back unless I absolutely had to. Communication was terrible, my vehicle was there for over 3 weeks with no progress to the repairs needed, and was damaged in their lot. After being so fed up with the lack of progress, I ended up having the car towed to another repair shop. Getting the vehicle out of this service center was the best decision I made throughout the entire process. It was done in less than a week. I never had these kinds of issues at BMW, Audi or Jaguar and am so disappointed. Ultimately you get what you pay for, keep this mind if you're thinking about a Mercedes. They are not made how they used to be (you will see this for yourself when they give you a loaner car) and customer experience is far from luxury. More

World Class experience from the moment that we checked in until the easy pickup of our car. Our Service Advisor Danny Ho kept us updated via text message of our needs, costs and completion times.
