Dropped off my 550 for recall. Received text of receipt the next Morning. Not done. Said they had to hold over and reinspect. Not done again.. when I finally was told it was ready Received text of receipt the next Morning. Not done. Said they had to hold over and reinspect. Not done again.. when I finally was told it was ready to pick up I had to call in to see if it was done.. I arrived and had to wait in a huge line at cashier. Then another 1.5 hours because they could not find my paperwork or car. Finally I found the service manager and in turn he found the service Advisor. I asked the advisor why he wasn’t answering my texts.. “DEER in tye Headlighy!” Seriously? The manager Went to cashier and finally we found they had closed my repair order out and that’s why it’s wasn’t showing open and waiting to pick up.. they were able to reprint the Repair order and it had my Key tag #!! Thus they found my car… god help this establishment, It’s not rocket science. Then I find they didn’t even take down everything I put on the Early Bird to advise on.. no wonder this company sells out so often.. More

Everyone is nice here. But from purchasing to going back for a service, it just felt you were a ticket moved from one corner to another. All the sales person and service advisors are nice but the lot just lacks communication and the experiences there as a whole gave off a very assumptions and “on their term” vibe. More
Avoid! ! If you will be foolish enough and proceed with your expensive purchase your quality services you will expect will be not met . In this dealership y ! In this dealership you will experience what is mean to be be brush away , ignored, not respected. You will have wait more than three weeks to schedule repair visits. You will be avoid sometime your issues will not be resolved . Just that simple, if you need service, fixed recalls and just need basics loaner car yo will not get it!! I believe you should not buy Mercedes Benz made in USA (if you wish to avoid unpleasant experience and headaches ). More
