Mr. Thomas was not pushy, very knowledgeable concerning the Mercedes Benz line of products, facilitated all aspects of financing and worked through any issues that arose. One of hte most unique qualities of Mr. Thomas is that he followed thru with responses to questions and phone calls. My wife and I took about a week to make our decision and was not hasseled by Mr. Thomas. He and all staff at Capitol Eurocars are exhibited nothing less than professionalism and competency. I would also like to recognize Mike, detailer, who made it important to ensure that our vehicle was perfectly clean. Finally, I would like to thank Robin for his valuable assistance in making the deal. He also followed thru to see that we were completely satisfied and happy with our purchase. It was impressive for the General Manager, Mr. Atkins, to introduce himself and also express his interest in making sure that we were satisfied.
