Tony Taylor is a tremendous asset to the organization. My problems were created at another location. When I discussed the situation with Tony, he immediately got to work. Drives like new. Tony will be the only one I contact for service in the future. The whole experience was a bit expensive, particularily as I had paid others to perform the work previously.
