I am giving Mr. Claude Rhabeth an A+. I would rate our experience higher, but I don't know the descreptive rateing symble, maybe an AA++!! We had looked for a used car for about 8 months. Mr. Rhabeth helped us to find the exact car we wanted and needed. His knowledge of vehicles, this used Mercedes was right on target. However let me tell you that his honesty, knowledge, and freindship was way over the top. So on this Christmas Day, I gave my wife the keys to her new (used) black c280 Mercedes. I have dealt with car salesmen, many years in the past. His position with Capital Euror Cars of Tallahassee, Florida as a salesperson, may be correct. Mandy Barnard was extremely professional. No pressure, knowledgable, and friendly. My car had been totaled and I was not in the mood to buy a car. What an awesome experience we had at CapitalEurocars. We had been looking/researching several cars, BMW, Volvo and Mercedes on the internet - Mandy Barnard answered our questions via email promptly and ther had been looking/researching several cars, BMW, Volvo and Mercedes on the internet - Mandy Barnard answered our questions via email promptly and there was never any pressure from her to purchase a vehicle. I made an appointment to stop by the dealership, Mandy met me in the lobby (I immediately felt like we would become 'friends'. I test drove all three vehicles. Mandy answered all my questions openly and honestly regarding each vehicle and a few days later I went home with my Volvo XC60. Mandy is very courtesous, professional. James called me out of the blue to see if I was interested in seeing what we could do with my soon-to-expire lease. I walked in expecting to have an estimate that I could mull over for the next few interested in seeing what we could do with my soon-to-expire lease. I walked in expecting to have an estimate that I could mull over for the next few days... I walked out with a brand new, 2012 C250 that surpassed all my expectations... for a net savings when it considering mid-to-long term costs (based on my own calculations, not some sheet that magically spit out of one of their printers). James was exceedingly patient, humorous, and confident in his ability to meet my needs by putting together a deal that not only kept me whole but gave me a vehicle that I can be proud of and actually costs me less money to drive than either of the last two. I am grateful to call him a friend and would gladly refer my own mother to him. More
