As we approached the end of our lease we were invited to a VIP visit to the dealer. We were assigned to a new salesperson who we never met. Even though we had met him before, he chose not to come out of his office to talk to us even though we sat there for three hours. Bottom line--after being humiliated at our treatment at Mercedes of Tampa, we leased the next dat at Crown Eurocars, where we were treated with respect and got a better deal. Joe Stewart More

Absolute superb experience working with Chris Pelletier as my wife and I were deciding if I wanted to trade in my 2004 Mercedes for a certified pre-owned model. Chris took the time to explain all of the details, pros and cons of a CPO model vice a new model. During the test drive, again the experience was truly top-notch. Even though he had a pre-set route which he was familiar with, Chris allowed me to drive a slightly different route so I could see how the car handled on roads and areas I drive every day. Jackie was very thorough and professional as she explained all of the new capabilities and "gadgets" of my new purchase. No question was too dumb, and nothing was over-looked or glossed over. I left the dealership with a very complete understanding of how the navigation, audio and communication systems worked. The bottom line is: The entire selection & purchasing process was very professional, and made me feel like a "valued customer"; not just some guy MB of Tampa was looking to sell a car to.
