Took my Mercedes here to fix a rattling truck area and they can’t or won’t or don’t know how to fix the problem- it was not fixed and the advisor simply told me to take my car back as is. Ridiculous. How about a phone call to discuss the issue? No- just a cryptic text message from a rogue text number to come pick up my car. And when i finally did reach my service advisor he did nothing to advocate for the problem the car was having saying there was nothing he could do. The service manager was no help either. And treated me as if i was speaking a foreign language when i also explained the problem of the rattling issue to his attention. He first tried to say it was the emergency brake but then apparently attributed it to the back up camera which makes a loud noise like an aluminum can crumpling every time it deploys and retracts…and it does this is a lot bc it deploys and retracts every time the car is put into reverse or drive or park and every time the vehicle goes above or below 15mph. How about recognize the fact that it’s a major problem and what is Mercedes going to do about it to fix the constant rattling noise problem? No, just here it is and if you don’t come get it we’ll start charging you storage fees. Handing my car back to me with a scratch on the door and bird crap on the hood made things extra special. I asked the service advisor who didn’t want anything to do with me at this point to have the scratch and bird crap addressed. So they put some car polish solution and buffed out both areas. they should not have ever handed the car back to me like that in the first place. I brought my car in twice over a moth ago for squeaky breaks. At the time they said that I didn't need brakes but I had a leak in my reservoir tank that needed to be repaired right away. I told my service advisor that I didn't see or smell anything that would indicate a leak nor have I EVER seen any lights on in my car supporting their findings. But he insisted that the work needed to be done so I had them do the work. A few days later a "check coolant" light came on in my car. I brought it back and was told that they needed to add coolant. A few days after that the light came back on. I made an appointment to bring it back. I dropped it off on 10/13. I didn't hear anything back so I called on 10/15. No one returned my call. On 10/18 I get a call from the service advisor telling me that they do not see anything leaking. I responded by telling him that there was NEVER anything leaking. He told me that they would have to remove something in the engine to see if the leak was in the engine$$$$$$. This is ridiculous!!!!! I never had a leak, never had a light on, and never had an issue with the coolant system before I let their service department work on my car. I had an oil change and a break inspection just before the "alleged" work needed to be done and they could see that there were zero warning lights on in my car. On top of all of this the service advisor casually added that my car had a dent in it. I was outraged. My car is in pristine condition. He went on to say that he already has a body shop coming to pick the car up because an employee backed into my car. They were going to send my car to the shop without telling me. They have had my car for 2 weeks; I have a car with a coolant light that will remain on because I will never allow Walnut Creek MB to work on my car again at my expense. I don't think I should have to pay thousands of dollars for my engine to be taken apart for a problem that I never had in the first place, and I have no idea how this paint job on the trunk of my car is going to look when/if I ever get my car back. I am very disappointed. I brought my car in for squeaky breaks and an oil change. This was the biggest mistake ever. I should have never let their team do work that most likely didn't even need to be done. I have never had an issue at any dealership with any of my vehicles or been scammed into having work done unnecessarily. Very disappointing. Never again More

Delays in ordering/receiving parts, work-arounds, and manipulation …all to benefit the service department organization financially -while hoping customers won’t be too upset with the delays or notice the difference in the lower-quality of the repair. Hopefully my feedback will be used to ensure future customers at Mercedes Benz of Walnut Creek service department will have that “World Class Customer Experience” -that I never received. More

Ease of buying a valued car. I was searching for a very specific car w/AWD, low mileage, and at a specific price point. Upon an internet search I did, I decided to visit my local I was searching for a very specific car w/AWD, low mileage, and at a specific price point. Upon an internet search I did, I decided to visit my local MBZ dealer advertising a car that fit my needs, except for the price, thinking I could negotiate a better price, though the advertised price was already pretty low. Hany Yosri assisted me that day and showed me the exact car that was advertised. Though that specific car did not appeal to me, Hany showed me a few other cars fitting my description. In the end they were all valued higher than what I was willing to spend. A few days later, Hany called me to inform me of a recent trade in that might work for me. He sent me photos. I called him and proceeded to the MBZ Sonic dealership. The car met all my needs, including a price I was willing to pay. I purchased the car that day! I am a very satisfied customer and would recommend purchasing your next car at MBZ of Walnut Creek! As a follow up, today was my first time back to get my complementary car wash. Hany was there and he was able to track down the previous Car Owner and retrieve the second car key and the floor mats. Thank you Hany! More

Disappointed customer I bought a car from this dealership about 3 weeks ago. I had an arrangement with the salesman, to bring the car back for some minor paint touch ups an I bought a car from this dealership about 3 weeks ago. I had an arrangement with the salesman, to bring the car back for some minor paint touch ups and repairs. Took the car back, not ones but twice. I was given the run-around both times. The second time, I was told my name wasn't on the system, telling me that I had no appointment. But I did. I had a confirmation from them on my cell phone. Then, I was told that my car wasn't going to be worked on and that I had to either leave the car or bring it back some other time. I was told there were no loaner cars that they could provide, if i decided to leave the car. But, a few minutes later, they provided a loaner for another customer that arrived after me. I was referred to 5 different service reps. All said the same thing. No effort was done by any of them to help me out or accommodate me. I was simply a number to these people. At this point in time, I was frustrated and pissed. I finally asked for a Manager. He was able to have the repairs done. I waited there for over 3 hours. No loaner or shuttle was offered while i waited. They didn't even clean my car after the work was done, as promised by the salesman and service manager. They handed the car over dirty and the repair wasn't done properly. The service rep. or manager didnt even inspect the work done. So, I simply left! I was treated with utmost disrespect. I NEVER EXPECTED THIS FROM A MERCEDES BENZ DEALERSHIP. So dissatisfied and disappointed! Your Service department SUCKS! They all have this attitude and are so snooty. I wouldn't refer this dealership to anyone. More
