Best Mercedes Benz dealer in the Cincinnati area I was shopping around for a CPO Benz. Shopped at Cincy Benz and Ft Mitchell Benz. The atmosphere at the West Chester MB dealer was very relaxed and no I was shopping around for a CPO Benz. Shopped at Cincy Benz and Ft Mitchell Benz. The atmosphere at the West Chester MB dealer was very relaxed and non-condescending. At the Cincy Benz dealership, it feels like you need to be in the market for a brand new AMG S65 in order to be treated like a customer. Andreas was very knowledgeable about the products he sells. He was also very friendly and shows that he would go the extra mile for his clients. Belinda, the sales manager, was very friendly and transparent about pricing. She didn't make me feel like she was trying to pull a fast one on me. Lastly, Michael in the finance department was able to get me the best rate available. He wasn't pushy about all the little "add-ons" you typically get at the end of the vehicle purchasing process. This dealership wants you to be a loyal customer and they want referrals. That's how they made me feel. At the end of the day, I left with a great deal on a CPO E-class and will definitely recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new or used Mercedes Benz.
