Chip Jurgens spent a little while speaking with my wife and I about what we were looking for and was friendly, knowledgeable, and not the least pushy. He quickly based off our discussions suggested I drive the new AMG C450, what a brilliant suggestion, it fit perfectly what I was looking for. From there the process was easy from trading in my car to handling all the paperwork. Jason Hackney worked diligently to make sure I understood their position on my trade and my new C450, even going above and beyond the call of duty on several instances. Michael Stain was delightful to deal with doing all the finance and title paperwork etc...It felt more like chatting with an old friend rather some finance guy at some car dealership. Chip made sure I was familiar with all the features and functions of my new car before I left. The dealership is clean and bright and comfortable to wander around in have a cup of coffee or whatever. I was always greeted with a bright smile, everyone genuinely seemed pleased to have me in the dealership as I roamed around while paperwork and such was done.
