On a recent trip from Atlanta, Ga to Dayton Oh, I experienced a mechanical problem on my MB E430. Ken Gullette, service manager, was kind enough to repair my car late on a Saturday afternoon. Tom Cooperstien, finance administrator, made this a quick and easy transaction. When I returned to Atlanta I discovered a slight problem. I was directed by the dealership to take the car to a local Mercedes dealership. The entire team from Craig Thomas, General manager/President, Ken Gullette, Service Manager, and Will Jones, my salesman, quickly and to my satisfaction resolved the issue.
