They even took care of some warranty issues that needed to be done that I really want expecting them to do that day, but they did it in any case because the car was there. Very exceptional service. We went to motorworld and had a terrible experience so we went to Lancaster and got ours. So anyway we were on the test drive and the salesman asked why we didn’t purchase it at mb Wilkes barre. I said because we had a bad experience and the manager wasn’t nice. We get back he tells the manager joe what I said and joe comes out screaming, instead of asking why I felt that way came out like a madman. They need a new manager, someone that can handle criticism. You’re in the wrong car line joe, learn how to treat people, esp people with more money than you! More
