I recently purchased my second Mercedes, but the first from Motorworld. The first was purchased from "another dealer". There is no comparison. Their pick-up and drop-off service is fantastic, as is their communication and quality of their work. That experience was one of the reasons that we considered them for our new vehicle. After having worked with Peter McMonigle in the sales department, we can now say that we were just as pleased with that experience with Motorworld. Peter was very knowledgeable about the product. In fact, he was even able to point out some features on our current car that we didn't know we had because the "other dealer" never bothered to educate us. He was creative in exploring and finding options to get us out of our current vehicle and into a new Mercedes with a trade value that was more than fair. Then, he stayed more than 3 hours after the time he was scheduled to go home so that he could deliver our new car the day we bought it instead of having to drive back from Binghamton later in the week. We arrived and browsed $40,000 Mercedes, left to shop BMW and Porsche, and returned and purchased a $65,000 E-Class from Dave Ferenchick and Motorworld.
