I bought my C300 in Jan. 2010. Earlier this week, I got a new cell phone. Try as I might, I could not transfer my contact information from my new phone to my MB's Bluetooth. Peter McMonigle was my salesp a new cell phone. Try as I might, I could not transfer my contact information from my new phone to my MB's Bluetooth. Peter McMonigle was my salesperson when I initially the car and syncronized my phone. I went back to Peter (14 monthes later) with my new phone looking for help. It was unbelievable. Peter wasn't familiar with my new phone, but worked on it with me until, 35 minutes later, we figured out how to transfer the data. This is what I consider excellent service. My salesman was very helpful and great to work with. He was not in any way a high pressure salesman like I always dealt with in the past at Motorworld. I did purchase 5 new vehicles at Motorworld prior to was not in any way a high pressure salesman like I always dealt with in the past at Motorworld. I did purchase 5 new vehicles at Motorworld prior to this purchase and each time the salesmen were extremely pushy and made it the worst part of the experience. My only negative experience this time was how I feel I was given a VERY unfair trade in amount for my vehicle. I am still pretty upset about it and it is something I just won't let go on general principle. I understand Motorworld is in business to make a profit, but I feel like Motorworld could be owned by the oil companies. It was as though I was really cheated and Motorworld took a profit margin that like the price of gas should be illegal. More
