After being told by sales manager Justin multiple times that a preowned S class I was looking at could not be Mercedes Certified, I did some research of my own and found out that it could. After agreeing to a price on the car, the dealership reduced the price (even below our agreed upon price) and then sold the car to another customer while the CPO warranty was being investigated. Ultimately, I was misled and lied to multiple times during the process about both price and warranty coverage. For the aforementioned reasons, I cannot recommend this dealership. More

Shane was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and answer all questions I asked with great explanation. The financial manager, Peter, had all the paperwork ready and he was straightforward about the numbers and explain everything in detail. It was extremely great pleasure for me to work with these two gentlemen. I highly recommend Shane and Peter if you decided to buy a new car.
