Worst experience I've ever had at a car dealership. I drove over 90 mins to buy a car. Josh was the rudest sale representative I've ever encountered. I told him I wanted to see the 2016 Mercedes-Benz C I drove over 90 mins to buy a car. Josh was the rudest sale representative I've ever encountered. I told him I wanted to see the 2016 Mercedes-Benz C300 listed for about $19,000. He unlocked the car for me and as I'm looking at the car he tells me that the car is actually a 2018 and is selling for $28,000. I asked him why they said $19,000 on their website and he got angry and frustrated. I then asked about a 2016 Lexus IS 300 that was listed on their website for $21,999. I asked to see the vehicle. He said the vehicle was in the shop and I could not see it. He then continued to walk inside and said something to his coworkers mocking me or something. They looked at me and laughed. He then sent his Manger to come talk to me about the Lexus. The Manger informed that Lexus was not $21,999. It was actually $28,000. The I've never seen this kind of unprofessional and nasty behavior. False advertising on their website just to bring customer in to waste their time. They were unapologetic about there behavior and continued to have there smart and nasty attitude. AVIOD AT ALL COST! SCAM ARTISTS!! More

They called me and said the car is ready. Came in and they said its in the body shop fixing it, i had to wait 2 hours in the dealer to hear that from them.
