Worst experience I've ever had at a car dealership. I drove over 90 mins to buy a car. Josh was the rudest sale representative I've ever encountered. I told him I wanted to see the 2016 Mercedes-Benz C I drove over 90 mins to buy a car. Josh was the rudest sale representative I've ever encountered. I told him I wanted to see the 2016 Mercedes-Benz C300 listed for about $19,000. He unlocked the car for me and as I'm looking at the car he tells me that the car is actually a 2018 and is selling for $28,000. I asked him why they said $19,000 on their website and he got angry and frustrated. I then asked about a 2016 Lexus IS 300 that was listed on their website for $21,999. I asked to see the vehicle. He said the vehicle was in the shop and I could not see it. He then continued to walk inside and said something to his coworkers mocking me or something. They looked at me and laughed. He then sent his Manger to come talk to me about the Lexus. The Manger informed that Lexus was not $21,999. It was actually $28,000. The I've never seen this kind of unprofessional and nasty behavior. False advertising on their website just to bring customer in to waste their time. They were unapologetic about there behavior and continued to have there smart and nasty attitude. AVIOD AT ALL COST! SCAM ARTISTS!! More

They called me and said the car is ready. Came in and they said its in the body shop fixing it, i had to wait 2 hours in the dealer to hear that from them. They texted and said its in the dealer 5 days later. Came in, they showed me the car for 3mins then let me wait 3 hours just to talk about the number. 3 hours and still cant talk with the guy who can talk bout number. Terrible!!! The internet price was 42k, with all the fees the Manager told me its 54k, $12K added up???????????? More

I have never left a bad review anywhere but this was very unprofessional. Great customer service at first then turns very unprofessional quickly. Julian my salesman. I called him saying I am from California and want to purchase a Lexus they had. I told them I would pay for an inspection to be done at a Lexus dealer as well as give the dealership a deposit while that is being done. He agreed to drive the car to a Lexus dealer to have the Inspection preformed. The morning that was supposed to happen. Julian informed me that he couldn’t make it because forgot about it. I said no worries can we reschedule. He then proceeds to say we are short on staff and there is not an extra dealer tag he can use to drive the car. So his remedy is to tell me “just buy the car then I can use your tags to drive it to the inspection” who buys a car then does the inspection? He also says just buy the car first and if there is any issue we will fix it . So I live in California, I have the car shipped to me then if there is an issue I ship it back to Virginia? Makes a lot of sense right. More

We bought a 2014 Range Rover for TOP DOLLAR in April 2022, and we could not have been more disappointed with the customer service and condition of the truck once going through inspection. They told us 2022, and we could not have been more disappointed with the customer service and condition of the truck once going through inspection. They told us the car was in very good condition and it passed the VA state inspection. Well, we quickly learned that was not the case. Because we are Maryland residents the vehicle had to be Maryland inspected. The vehicle failed inspection due to a major leak and another issue. When asked could they fix the leak. They refused and recommended that we use their mechanic who wanted to charge us $2800 dollars for a job that only cost $1300, dollars to fix which did not include the other issue. They even recommended that we go through our insurance company to get the other item fixed for a vehicle we just bought from them. We were able to get our truck fixed with no financial help from them because of the sold-as sale. We have definitely learned our lesson buying a used car in Virginia because of the disparity in state inspections. VA's state inspection doesn't come close to MD's inspection requirements. I will not buy from them again or recommend them to anyone. Very expensive lesson learned. More
