We bought a 2014 Range Rover for TOP DOLLAR in April 2022, and we could not have been more disappointed with the customer service and condition of the truck once going through inspection. They told us 2022, and we could not have been more disappointed with the customer service and condition of the truck once going through inspection. They told us the car was in very good condition and it passed the VA state inspection. Well, we quickly learned that was not the case. Because we are Maryland residents the vehicle had to be Maryland inspected. The vehicle failed inspection due to a major leak and another issue. When asked could they fix the leak. They refused and recommended that we use their mechanic who wanted to charge us $2800 dollars for a job that only cost $1300, dollars to fix which did not include the other issue. They even recommended that we go through our insurance company to get the other item fixed for a vehicle we just bought from them. We were able to get our truck fixed with no financial help from them because of the sold-as sale. We have definitely learned our lesson buying a used car in Virginia because of the disparity in state inspections. VA's state inspection doesn't come close to MD's inspection requirements. I will not buy from them again or recommend them to anyone. Very expensive lesson learned. More

Very poor service and lack of professionalism. They sold us a car with no A/C working yet they said all the vehicles are perfect condition as used. I paid three times the amount of doing registrat They sold us a car with no A/C working yet they said all the vehicles are perfect condition as used. I paid three times the amount of doing registration, inspection and emissions but still made us do it ourselves. When I asked for refund they refused. Guys please don’t waste your time, money, energy, credit pull or anything on this dealership. You’re better off using public transportation than getting a car from these guys. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone ever. More
