Mark in service lies, promised my mini van would be in perfect condition when I picked it up. It was not and not only was it not it is worse than when I dropped it off. Best yet is he has no idea what was done since they "didn't close out the ticket". I asked for receipts for all the times it was there and he couldn't give them to me told me when I pick up he will have them( of course he didn't). Called him he said he will mail them(a week and half later still didn't get them) This have been an on going issue since we bought it in April Among other things going on that were not fixed after several visits. Joe and Bill in the used car dealer do not return calls or answer them! Bill swore he put new breaks in the van when it was purchased but then when we had to bring it back he swore that he redid them, why would u redo them if you already did them? And why are they making grinding sounds now? Why? Cause they do nothing but lie. Do yourself, family and friends a favor stay far away from this scam of a dealership! More

Ended well My experience started with me buying a 2019 Durango and only having it for an hour. I had to return the vehicle because the radio was faulty but more My experience started with me buying a 2019 Durango and only having it for an hour. I had to return the vehicle because the radio was faulty but more importantly the headlights didn’t work. The parts needed were VIN specific and they didn’t know how long it would take to get them. After a week of driving a loaner car I was losing faith. But then Josh stepped up and worked a miracle. He got an approval to get me an upgraded model with many more bells and whistles in the color I wanted for the same monthly payment . He even reimbursed me for the gas I pd for driving the loaner. Josh was awesome and I love my new Durango! More
