Chrysler dealers offer you lifetime power train warranty when you purchase extended warranty, but hear is the catch you bring your car in for its regu Chrysler dealers offer you lifetime power train warranty when you purchase extended warranty, but hear is the catch you bring your car in for its regularly scheduled maintenance but they still won't cover your engine if it goes bad. When you have a problem they say oh you didn't have a 5 year powertrain inspection. If the dealers service center doesn't tell you that you need this free inspection how are you suppose to know about it? Chrysler will tell you they told you about it at the time of purchase. This is a scam to get out of paying for a new engine. Buyers beware stick to a company that really backs their product. More

#1 in Customer Service I bought my daughter a car here in April 2017. We were getting ready to take her to college on Sunday and we noticed on Thursday late afternoon her t I bought my daughter a car here in April 2017. We were getting ready to take her to college on Sunday and we noticed on Thursday late afternoon her trunk was not opening. My husband called dealership at 4:30 pm, explained to them our dilemma. They told us to get there on Friday morning at opening and they would look at it. Sal came over to the car and he said no worries, we will look at it right now. I went into office and Mark Petersen took great care of me. He filled out paperwork had me sit in customer waiting area for only 30 minutes and the trunk was fixed. ( I might add that the waiting area was terrific. Fresh coffee & bagels....very impressive) Between Sal & Mark, the customer service was impeccable! It's rare today to find people that truly care about their customers. I will definitely purchase another car for my son next year and won't go to any other dealership. More
Go Die!!!! Go Die!!! This is what the service dept said to me when I told them that my car is dying, the check engine light is on and the electronics indicate Go Die!!! This is what the service dept said to me when I told them that my car is dying, the check engine light is on and the electronics indicate that the engine is overheating on my 6 month old Wrangler Unlimited. They would not give me an appointment for over six weeks. What was I supposed to do? Drive until the engine seizes? Originally, when the car came with a defective radio, although I was advised that the part came in within a week, they made me wait another month to swap it out. I should have seen it then. They have a real bad attitude at this place. If this is the front that they present to the public, you can imagine what horror shows go on in the back. This place is to be avoided at all costs!!! More

Nor did he explain the entire lease to me (now i will be stuck with a disposition fee). He actually "punched" the wall when he went to discuss a financial discrepancy with the finance people!!!! I watched him do it and then say it was an accident! And then i called the "manager" Carolyn to comlain. She assured me she would call me back and three days later, i emailed her and in an email response she said she was too busy and couldn't help me anyways. I had a terrible experience at another Jeep dealer with my last lease. Needless to say, unfortunately this will be my last Jeep vehicle. Time to move on. Oh and I am 9 months pregnant and they still treated me like this. So sad and disappointed and upset. More

The serviceman, Mark, took me right on and had the tire repaired at no charge. Quite unusual. More
