NOT happy at all. Bring the car in for a passenger side electric mirror not working and the driver side door has a rattle inside it and appears the panel was taken off Bring the car in for a passenger side electric mirror not working and the driver side door has a rattle inside it and appears the panel was taken off and not even put back on correctly. Why was the driver door even touched? And to top it off the inside paint around doors on BOTH SIDES is all nicked up. As if a screw driver was used to pull the panels off and not proper trim removal tools. GREAT JOB 👏👏👏👏 Yeah I'll be on the phone with the service dept in the morning!!! More

I made an appointment for 730. My vehicle was checked in around 745ish. I needed a oil change and to have them inspect my tailgate because of a recent issue. I waited 2.5 hours for My vehicle was checked in around 745ish. I needed a oil change and to have them inspect my tailgate because of a recent issue. I waited 2.5 hours for my car to be ready. I have no idea if they checked the tailgate because it is not listed on the receipt. It should never take 2.5hrs to do an oil change. Especially if I made an appointment. More
