Warning To All. Sales experience was great, I bought a brand new jeep wrangler from them. Within 3 mos the car was back in the shop for roof leaking. Every time they claim it is fixed completely. My last visit on June 20th, 2022 for the same issue resulted in lost car parts. As soon as I drove my car home I noticed the front carpet and rubber plugs on on both sides (driver and passenger) sides missing. I called my Service Advisor Thomas B. right away. Left message and didn't hear back. Next day I called Service Manger Megan B. Same thing left massage and didn't hear back. Next Day called Megan's Manger Bill, left message. Finally 5 days after, Megan B called me back, said will get back to me ASAP. It is almost a month since my car was serviced and I am still missing my parts. Service Dept Very Sub Par!!!. I wish there was an option for zero stars. My car has less than 12,000 miles on it and has had more issues since I leased it (brand new) in December 2020 than every car I've had in my life com My car has less than 12,000 miles on it and has had more issues since I leased it (brand new) in December 2020 than every car I've had in my life combined. They are so so unhelpful, unresponsive, and are very shady. They charged me $623 car repairs (claimed I hit a pothole or the rim was hit which didn't happen) while under warranty along with $9 for gas the employee used while driving it around to figure out what was wrong with it. Everyone that works there is so rude and could care less. My ac isn't working this year (under 12k miles) and was told I need to pay $250 CASH ONLY to run a diagnostic test to figure out what's wrong and this amount won't go toward my total. The worst decision I ever made. This car is so unsafe and I avoid driving my 10 month old grandson in it because of that. More
No one calls you back, my vehicle has been there over 30 days, no customer service, my service advisor has no or very limited knowledge of customer service or technical info. The worst is no return calls, days, no customer service, my service advisor has no or very limited knowledge of customer service or technical info. The worst is no return calls, no update, out of a vehicle for over a month. GM doesn't even call you after leaving message. This why , i will contact Corporate office, owner, news media, whomever to get this dealerships attention so that you cannot treat customers in this manner!!!!! More
Beware do not return your lease to Merrick . They emailed and mailed me all types of promises all summer and fall to turn my lease into them for cash during this vehicle shortage . Buying my leased compass was such a problem with Fusion! I called Scott Froehlich and he took over. He’s kept me informed throughout the whole ordeal. Not only was he competent he was very enjoyable to work I called Scott Froehlich and he took over. He’s kept me informed throughout the whole ordeal. Not only was he competent he was very enjoyable to work with. Great sense of humor & kindness throughout this ordeal. The worst experience I have ever had with any Jeep dealer. The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. My husband leased a Jeep mid May and paid extra to have factory leather seats installed ins dealer. The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. My husband leased a Jeep mid May and paid extra to have factory leather seats installed instead of the cloth it came with. It is now July and this still has not been resolved. I call the dealership every week and I get told someone will call me back but of course no one ever does. The last time I called I was so called transferred to Scott and James but was hung up on both times. I called and spoke to a manager who said I will get a call back and I am still waiting. I always use the Jeep in Hempstead for myself and have never had any issues. The only reason we came to this one is because Hempstead didn’t have the exact Jeep we wanted and this one did. We really regret our decision in coming here. More
