I purchased a lifetime warranty on my 2012 Ram 1500 from Merrick Dodge . I called in February for a appointment for a leaking brake line, was not able to get on until March 7th. On march 24th they finally authorized repairs. I was then told that parts would not be in until May 8th. I called on 5/11 and was told that it would be ready that week. I called on Friday the 13th and was told it would be ready sometime on Monday the 15th. I called Monday afternoon and left a message no one returned my call. I called on Tuesday the 16th and was now told that it would be done no later then Wednesday the 17th , I called on the 17th and was told that they were waiting for a part and had no idea when it would be done. My vehicle has been at Merrick Dodge for almost a month and I am no closer to getting it back then when when I dropped it off on March 7th. looking over other warranty work done there they have had my truck sitting and waiting for repairs for over a MONTH. Merrick Dodge dealership has got to be one of the worst in New York. How they stay in business is beyond me . AVOID IT. . More
saw a 2021 altima online-- so I inquired . Horrible staff. Found out that I would have had to pay an extra 1,500.00 at signing because they told me I had incentives as return customer. When I went to other dealer they were furious, and the nice salesman Wayne turned into an angry, hostile person. Greg the credit Manager gave me a totally hard time reversing the credits so I could get them for another dealer. Said he couldn’t do it, which was false as I called the help hotline. One click of the mouse and it was done. When it came time to credit my deposit he made me wait. Lots of whispering and dirty looks. This place is horrible! Never go there! More

Biggest mistake was getting my jeep from this dealership. Even under new management biggest scam of a place. They don’t honor there warranty’s and you end up spending thousands more then you should have too. Even under new management biggest scam of a place. Now I have to spend more getting my car inspected elsewhere and using another code reader. I left the dealership. right after inspection to my jeep breaking down after it left the dealership. They tweak things. For the safety of you and your family do not go here. This place deserves to be shut down. More
Warning To All. Sales experience was great, I bought a brand new jeep wrangler from them. Within 3 mos the car was back in the shop for roof leaking. Every time they claim it is fixed completely. My last visit on June 20th, 2022 for the same issue resulted in lost car parts. As soon as I drove my car home I noticed the front carpet and rubber plugs on on both sides (driver and passenger) sides missing. I called my Service Advisor Thomas B. right away. Left message and didn't hear back. Next day I called Service Manger Megan B. Same thing left massage and didn't hear back. Next Day called Megan's Manger Bill, left message. Finally 5 days after, Megan B called me back, said will get back to me ASAP. It is almost a month since my car was serviced and I am still missing my parts. Service Dept Very Sub Par!!!.
