I was sold a 4WD truck that was 2WD, within 24 hours a headlight was not working, the engine warning light came on, the interior fabric started coming off a door and the alarm system locked me out where I headlight was not working, the engine warning light came on, the interior fabric started coming off a door and the alarm system locked me out where I could not get in the vehicle. I called Bruce and reported it and he said he would check on some things and get back with me. 48 hours later, still silence. Talk about lousy service after the sale… I have no idea how long it will take to get my money back? I STRONGLY do not recommend this auto dealer at all. More

I was totally impressed with the service and caring I saw while I was at the dealership. Usually a used car lot's main objective is to get a car sold and on to the next one. I watched as Kevin talked with previous customers and his overwhelming concern for the customers to have a successful experience with the cars they bought, after they had left the lot. I heard him offer to bring them bring the car back and he would willingly take care of the problem. I don't usually refer people to a used car lot, but this is the exception. I highly recommend Kevin and Mesa Truck. I drive only BMWs, so that is saying a lot. More
