Dont go here if you are a woman if you want to be treated with respect. On two different occasions, I brought my car here. The first I actually had service but being called Hun at 50 was a little annoying. with respect. On two different occasions, I brought my car here. The first I actually had service but being called Hun at 50 was a little annoying. The last time I did not stay. I made an appointment and pulled up at the time scheduled. No one came out of the service advisor cubicles to greet me. So I got out of the car. I went to one of the cubicles and there were three guys standing there talking. One looked over but no one stopped talking and no one said we will be right with you. I stood there and waited - nothing. Then another advisor came in further down and I said can you help me because no one else seems to be interested. His response was well I just returned from break. Kind of defensive. And not that interested in helping me. So I told him that I changed my mind and would take my car back to the original dealer - 35 miles away because there I am treated as if I mattered. Will never, ever do business here - service or sales. We are on our second acura, with a pilot in between. More
This Acura dealer offers excellent service! To give one example, I called Metro Acura after I was "advised" by another repair shop that my car needed two expensive services. Andy Dobler told me that the f example, I called Metro Acura after I was "advised" by another repair shop that my car needed two expensive services. Andy Dobler told me that the first service did not need to be done ever, and that the second did not need to be done for another 20,000 miles. He could have just told me to bring the car into Metro Acura, but instead he saved me money by telling me what needed to be done even though Metro Acura wasn't getting a dime. I have always received excellent service from this dealer and would not take my car to another dealer unless forced to by breakdown. More
