I was greeted by a service member who was very professional and welcoming. After writing up my service order he explained what items would be maintain in addition to providing me with an estimat professional and welcoming. The services were completed earlier than estimated and upon closing out the order, he went over item's that would need to be addressed in the near future. I have used the Monclair Accura location since 2006 and while the service members have changed over the years, the quality of the services have not. I will continue to used the Monclair location for any future car repairs and maintenance. More

Horrible I never had such a bad experience purchasing a vehicle. The salesman was amazing Christian but the finance managers and the Gm where horrible in handling matters. I made an appointment to get our MDX serviced for the first time. I arrived on time and was warmly greeted my Nick our Advisor who had me checked in within 5 minutes.
