I took my car in for diagnostics reading and the adviser told me that if I have any of the services done that they would not charge me for the diagnostics reading. I didn’t trust my adviser because of a fee told me that if I have any of the services done that they would not charge me for the diagnostics reading. I didn’t trust my adviser because of a feeling I had when I met her. So I said just do the brake flush and I will schedule the other repairs for a later date as they didn’t have a car to loan me and I am single and do not have another car. She lies and charged me for the brake flush and diagnostics reading. She out right lies to me m. I will never return to Metro Ford of OKC again. Terrible service. I do not see my advisers name on the list below but she was untrust worthy. Nicole More

Dealing with these people has been a nightmare from the day I bought the car at Metro Ford of OKC!!! THE WORST CAR DEALERSHIP EVER!!! The only person who seemed genuine was Lois Quintero she wanted to ma day I bought the car at Metro Ford of OKC!!! THE WORST CAR DEALERSHIP EVER!!! Service was fine. Sales quotes were cheaper than service manager. Other than that it was fine. Under hood had oil and fluids spilled everywhere and not cleaned up. Service department scratched & removed ceramic coating when trying to fix scratches. I was told I could take it to my guy, bring them the bill and they would reimburse me. I did that and now I can’t get d when trying to fix scratches. I was told I could take it to my guy, bring them the bill and they would reimburse me.
