Excellent Service and Friendly Staff!! I took my vehicle in for an oil change. Staff was friendly. I was happy to hear that they provide a inspection no cost to me and have not thought abou I took my vehicle in for an oil change. Staff was friendly. I was happy to hear that they provide a inspection no cost to me and have not thought about some of the recommendations they provided. I ended up changing all my fluids which cost a good amount but I plan on keeping my truck for a long time and understand the maintenance is key. I will be back! More

I am not sure if it's the service center or the car, but I have sunk more money into fixing my Ford than I can deal with. I have since traded it in. This last school year I have spent a full month's worth o I have sunk more money into fixing my Ford than I can deal with. I have since traded it in. This last school year I have spent a full month's worth of time without my car, having to ask for rides from friends and Uber around. Again, not sure that it was the service center or the fact that I bought a Ford, but this will be my last time using either. More

Very helpful service I had a number of "upkeep" items taken care of with the service department. When I pulled into the drive--only a short wait. Denise was extremely pro I had a number of "upkeep" items taken care of with the service department. When I pulled into the drive--only a short wait. Denise was extremely professional, respectful and helpful. She was a very effective "go between" to get everything I needed coordinated with all of the different areas of service that my car needed. The service was completed in the time frame I needed---appreciate all of the consideration that Metro Ford took to make sure my experience was a positive one. Even the young man who drove the shuttle (didnt get his name) was very friendly and helpful in helping me in and out of the van--as well as a very safe driver. More
