I take my car in annually for the usual maintenance as well as if there is a problem. For the last few years my Service Advisor has been Tommy Owen. I can't say enough about him. He is always professional, patient with explaining what was wrong and how all of it works and what all they did to make the repairs. He is very knowledgeable and always kind to me for being an elderly person. I was grateful he was still there as an advisor. Since he is good I was afraid he would be promoted to another position.
