I take my car in annually for the usual maintenance as well as if there is a problem. For the last few years my Service Advisor has been Tommy Owen. I can't say enough about him. He is always professional, patient with explaining what was wrong and how all of it works and what all they did to make the repairs. He is very knowledgeable and always kind to me for being an elderly person. I was grateful he was still there as an advisor. Since he is good I was afraid he would be promoted to another position. Thank you Honda for always hiring people like Tommy Owen who considers service to you customers very important and takes such wonderful care of us. More

Most of my visits are for my general upkeep and occasional larger repairs. My regular technician, Sandy Ireland, knows me well and knows exactly how to deal with me. She is upfront, no nonsense and honest which is what I need. We have enough to worry about in life without car hassles. Repairs are rarely inexpensive but when things are taken care of and there are no surprises...that's all I can ask for and I get it every time at Metro. More
